Our Seminole BioMech Pitching Development Camp delivers a modern, technology-driven training experience designed to sharpen every aspect of a pitcher’s game. Throughout the camp, athletes will train inside a cutting-edge environment equipped with full-body motion capture, TrackMan ball-flight tracking, and high-speed Edgertronic cameras—the same tools used by our players at FSU and professional organizations. Every athlete will throw a full bullpen, captured and evaluated with our tech systems.

Each pitcher receives a comprehensive biomechanical assessment, including detailed breakdowns of arm action, sequencing, efficiency, ball flight metrics, and release characteristics. Our staff provides individualized feedback rooted in data and movement science, allowing pitchers to understand not just what they need to improve, but why it matters.

Campers will then apply their analysis-driven insights through targeted drill progressions, movement patterning work, and guided instruction designed to improve velocity, command, pitch shapes, and overall consistency.
Pitchers leave with a clear development plan, a deeper understanding of their own mechanics, and the tools they need to compete at the next level.

You must be in HS and throw 73 MPH or greater to use the motion caputre equipment!

Cost: $1,000 (Reserved to the first 25 pitchers that sign up)

Seminole Catching Development Camp

Session I: Saturday November 14, 2026
Session II: Saturday January 16, 2027

Time: Saturday 1
:30pm-4:30pmEST

The catcher controls the game — and at Florida State, that standard is non-negotiable. The Seminole Catching Development Camp is built for catchers who want to elevate every aspect of their craft and train in a college-level, detail-driven environment.
This immersive camp focuses on the complete catcher: receiving, blocking, throwing, and game management. Campers will train using the same teaching progressions, drill work, and performance standards used inside our program.
Throughout the camp, catchers will:
  • Develop elite receiving and framing skills to steal strikes and control the zone
  • Refine blocking efficiency and recovery for game-speed situations
  • Improve pop times, footwork, and throwing accuracy to control the running game
  • Receive individualized feedback through small-group instruction and high-rep, game-like drills
Training sessions are fast-paced, intentional, and competitive — designed to push each catcher beyond comfort and into real growth. Every drill has a purpose. Every rep has accountability.
Each camper leaves with a stronger understanding of their role, sharper defensive skills, and a development plan they can continue using after camp ends.

$250 per player
*Campers signed up for our ID Showcase on November 14th or January 16th will have the option to add on this camp at a reduced price!
